Tasha has cooked professionally for nearly twenty years but her real training came in the kitchen at home whilst growing up. It was here that her love of food and cooking for others was born. Tasha has a reputation not just for tasty, hearty food but for her generous, loving personality. This love is poured into the food she prepares. Seeing people well fed and satisfied is her passion and an empty plate is the highest compliment.
Bobby
Bobby began cooking as a child under the supervision of his mother, an Indian who introduced him to many different foods beyond Caribbean. His first professional cooking gig was in a restaurant aged fifteen and thirty years later, he still loves cooking. Bobby’s mantra is ‘we eat with our eyes” because if the food looks good you’ll want to taste it! His commitment to the quality and taste of the foods he prepares is unquestionable. He guarantees that you’ll be satisfied every time.

L2 NVQ Hospitality and Catering, L2 NVQ Kitchen Services, Intermediate Apprenticeship in Food Production and Cooking, Food Hygiene Certificate.
We are awaiting our food inspection from the Local Authority but due to Covid-19 there is a huge backlog. Our rating will be published here as soon as we have it.
